- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Put all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a bowl and mix well.
- Add chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Cookies should be starting to crisp at the edges, but softer in the middle. They will cook more as they cool.
- Allow them to cool completely for the ultimate chewiness. Enjoy!
