- 1 Cup raw cashews, soaked in water for at least 4 hours
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- ⅓ Cup strawberries (thawed if using frozen)
- 3-4 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- ½ Cup dark chocolate
