Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Ka'Chava
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/3 Cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup ice
  • 1/4 Plain yogurt
  • Splash of water
  • Several shakes of cinnamon *Optional

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Swirl in more yogurt and top with coconut, blueberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds & pumpkin seeds.
